1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Streamo Events' live-streaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Streamo Events provides professional live-streaming services for various types of events. Our services include:

• Live event broadcasting on various platforms
• Professional camera and audio setup
• Technical support during events
• Recording and post-event delivery (select packages)

3. Booking and Payment

- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of advance payment as specified in the package
- Payment terms will be communicated during the quotation process
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details and timings
• Ensure adequate power supply and internet connectivity at the venue
• Inform venue management about our equipment setup requirements
• Obtain necessary permissions for live streaming at the venue

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Streamo Events is not liable for technical issues beyond our control, including internet outages, platform failures, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created during our services, including recordings, remains the property of the client. Streamo Events may use short clips for promotional purposes with prior consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
